Refund Policy

Scout Dashboard products are digital goods delivered instantly. Because of that, we don't offer "changed my mind" refunds after a file or report has been delivered. We do, however, stand behind the product:

Works-With-Your-Export Guarantee

If Scout Dashboard does not work correctly with your GameChanger stats export, email coach@scoutdashboard.com within 14 days of purchase with a short description of the problem (and your export if possible). We will either fix it so it works with your file, or issue a full refund.

What's covered

• The product won't load, or the dashboard/report fails to populate from a standard GameChanger export.
• A clear defect in the file you purchased.

What's not covered

• Requests after 14 days from purchase.
• Compatibility issues we can resolve for you (we'll fix it rather than refund).
• Buyer's remorse on a working product that matches its description.
