The short version: the free preview reads your stats file in your own browser. If you buy a Team Report or Workbook, your file is sent to our generator only to build that download — it is used once, not stored, and never sold or shared.
The interactive tool & your stats file
The free "try it" preview processes your CSV locally in your browser. When you purchase a Team Report (PDF) or Static Workbook, your file is transmitted securely to our generation service, used only to produce your file, and then deleted — we do not retain it, log its contents, or share your players' data with anyone. We never sell your data.
Information we do collect
Basic analytics — anonymous, aggregate visit data (pages viewed, device type, referrer) via privacy-friendly web analytics, to understand traffic. No selling of data.
Email, only if you give it — if you opt in to our coach guide or list, we store the email you submit to send you the guide and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Advertising pixels — if running ads, we may use Meta/TikTok pixels to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. These set cookies in your browser.
Payments
Purchases are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Gumroad, Payhip, or Etsy). We don't see or store your full card details — those are handled by the processor under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from emails via any email's link. Use your browser settings to block cookies. To ask what (if anything) we hold about you, email coach@scoutdashboard.com.
